Mr. Historian Václav Lojka will introduce you the royal dowry town of Mělník. This charming city lies at the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers. It has a beautiful castle that belongs to the Lobkowicz family. The castle lord Jiří Lobkowicz with his wife, opera singer Zdenka and two sons, still live here. The city has the Church of St. Peter and Paul, whose origins date back to 1000. The church includes an ossuary in which there are bones of more than 10 thousand people.
