Payment Methods

You’re paying us by an invoice we send you. Payment method will be set individually in the communication with you.

Payment methods in general:

  • by a credit card online – you’ll pay in advance if the total amount is not higher than 15 000 CZK or its equivalent in other currencies (2,9% fee will be added due to the banks policies)
  • by a credit card at the place- you’ll pay on the day of your trip if the trip is no longer than 4 days and if the amount is not higher than 900 euros or its equivalent in other currencies
  • by a wire transfer
  • by cash – you’ll pay by cash on the day of your trip if our services are provided for the trip no longer than 2 days and the amount is not higher than 700 euros or its equivalent in other currencies

Cancellation Policy

The paid price for the “Tailor-made itinerary” or “Shoot and go” is consumed by its payment and is not refundable.

The paid price for the trip will be refunded if we receive the cancellation at least 3 days in advance.

The remaining cases are arranged individually, based on an assessment of the reasons.

Privacy Policy

We are using all your personal data for organising your trip only and they won’t be given to any third parties (except for the hotels if you choose to use our additional services of organising your trip by the itinerary).

Insurance

We would like to kindly ask you to manage your own travel insurance before your trip.
